Included as part of the Gibbs Street Pedestrian Bridge project are pedestrian crossing improvements.
These are proposed at Naito Parkway at Whitaker, SW Barbur Boulevard at Whitaker, SW Corbett
at Whitaker or Gibbs, SW Gibbs at Kelly. The conceptual drafts of the pedestrian crossings
